Interactive session | PMM group therapy: Help & advice from people who get it
Did product ship a feature that’s technically impressive, but ignores the customer pain points you actually hear every day? Did sales ignore the enablement you spent weeks on and default to promising features that aren’t, and never were, on the roadmap? Are you being asked to expand your remit but know that's code for "fix everyone else's mess"? If any of those landed, you’re not alone. Everyone at PMM Summit Amsterdam is dealing with different versions of the same reality: high expectations, low authority, and very little space to talk honestly about what’s not working. Product marketing isn’t a role that works in isolation, so why should we try to solve these problems alone? This is your chance to get practical advice from people who genuinely understand the job and work through it together. What to expect: - Submit your real PMM challenges anonymously, before and during the session. - A facilitator selects common or high-friction scenarios to unpack as a group. - Work together with your PMM community to find solutions as a group and leave with clarity, renewed confidence, and ideas you can actually act on.
