Jéssica Butzge (She/Her) is an accomplished B2B SaaS marketing leader with over 13 years of experience driving strategic growth through positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution. Currently serving as the Global Head of Product Marketing at Zoho, she leads a distributed team across India and Brazil, overseeing the GTM strategy for Qntrl, Zoho’s business process automation solution for enterprise markets. With a background in journalism, Jéssica brings empathy, curiosity, and storytelling finesse to her work—grounding her strategies in deep customer understanding and data-driven insights. She has scaled impactful initiatives like “Voice of Buyer,” a recurring research program blending qualitative and quantitative inputs to shape product direction and business priorities. Her work has contributed to 6x revenue growth, a customer base expansion from 8K to over 40K, and a dramatic churn reduction from 2.36% to 0.5%. Beyond her corporate impact, Jéssica is the founder and host of Lança Produto, a leading product marketing podcast in Brazil, and a lecturer in the country’s first PMM certification course.
