Bianca Maia is a Product Marketing specialist, a Master's student in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at USP, an engineer from UFSCar and HTW Aalen, with certifications from Winning by Design and Product Marketing Alliance. With experience in Marketing, Sales, and Product, she has worked at major companies such as RD Station, Raccoon.monks, and Grupo Locaweb, as well as global startups. In 2021, she founded Liaz, a voluntary career development community with over 3,000 female members. In 2025, she was named the #1 global female reference in Product Marketing by Favikon.
