Sam
Nakhoul
Director of Product Marketing
Real
Sam Nakhoul works in product marketing because it puts her closest to the product. She loves being involved early, shaping ideas, pressure-testing positioning, and staying connected all the way through launch and into real customer experience. Over the last 10+ years, she’s worked across B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, and Fintech, building product marketing functions, leading GTM strategy, and helping teams turn complex products into messaging people actually understand and use. In her current role, Sam is building the product marketing function from scratch at a fast-growing cloud brokerage, including the upcoming acquisition of RE/MAX. She’s deep in the (sometimes chaotic, often fun) work of defining PMM ownership, partnering closely with product, and building scalable systems. Sam is especially passionate about removing complexity, building strong collaboration between product and marketing, and creating systems that scale as teams and portfolios grow, without losing clarity along the way.

Building GTM from Zero: How PMMs Set Strategy Without Becoming the Bottleneck
Building a product marketing function from the ground up forces tough decisions, especially around ownership, collaboration, and consistency. When there’s no inherited process and a broad product and services portfolio to support, PMMs must design GTM in a way that scales without slowing teams down. I’ll share a practical GTM model developed while standing up a PMM function from scratch. We’ll cover how to establish strong partnership with product, orchestrate consistent GTM across multiple offerings, and clarify what PMMs should own versus enable. Attendees will learn: ● How to define PMM ownership without becoming a blocker ● How to align closely with product on roadmap, positioning, and launches ● How to build repeatable GTM plans across a growing portfolio
