She has built B2B and B2B2C product marketing strategies and teams from the ground up at Unite Us, Rho, and Enable Medicine, and is known for bringing clarity to ambiguity while aligning product, sales, marketing, and executive teams around a shared narrative. Marsha began her career in strategic consulting at Trinity Life Sciences before transitioning into tech product marketing, giving her a strong foundation in cross-functional collaboration and balancing strategic vision with execution.
