Not a single word of this was written by AI
Product marketing is in the middle of two crises at once: the profession is losing its sense of what it's for, and the market is losing its ability to tell anyone apart. Most of this Summit’s agenda will treat these as separate problems. They're not. They have the same root cause, and the people in this room are the only ones in their companies with the training to fix it. This session makes a case that ‘taste’ is not enough, and that you’re mistaking speed for progress. Expect to walk away with an understanding of why the execution layer of your job and the differentiation of your company's market position are eroding at the same rate and how to save yourself from yourself. The leaders who get this will spend the next three years getting unreasonably good at what AI cannot do. The rest will spend it getting marginally faster at what AI already does better. This session is for the first group.

Interactive roundtable discussions - Empowering teams to thrive
High-performing PMM teams don’t happen by accident — they’re built intentionally. This roundtable is a chance to hear what other PMM leaders are doing to develop their teams, support growth, and keep great talent. You’ll join a small-table discussion led by experienced PMM leaders, with plenty of time to swap ideas, compare what’s working, and learn from each other. At the end, each table will share the best takeaways and tactics back with the room. We’ll cover topics like: - How teams are supporting ongoing learning without overwhelming people - Simple mentorship models that actually work (and don’t require tons of admin) - What leaders are doing to keep PMMs engaged, growing, and excited to stay Come ready to participate — you’ll leave with practical ideas you can bring back to your team, and a clearer sense of what “great” looks like right now.
