With a background in behavioral and I/O psychology, Brandon approaches buyer intelligence the way a scientist approaches evidence — rigorously, skeptically, and with a healthy distrust of anecdote dressed up as useful insight. That lens helped him in his roles in sales and marketing strategy with Qualtrics and Perceptyx during periods of hypergrowth. Today he’s the Head of Product Marketing at GetWhys, where he’s helping GTM teams close the gap between what they think buyers believe and what buyers actually believe.
