PMM Leaders Roundtables - SNAFU to PMF in 40 minutes—an interactive, role-playing, PMM experience
Ever leave a “PMF alignment” meeting with 14 follow-up actions, 0 decisions, and one new slide that says “AI-powered Agents” in 48-point font? Same. In this hands-on, fast-paced workshop co-hosted by GetWhys and CSG, you’ll practice using buyer evidence to transform conference room chaos into actual decision-making. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how Erin, PMM leader at CSG, used GetWhys to steer a high-stakes executive conversation in healthcare. Erin will set the same rules for your working session: evidence first, opinions second. Then you’ll roll up your sleeves. Each table will role-play in a PMF alignment meeting. You’ll be assigned a specific role and work in three rounds: discover the buyer evidence, debate the direction, and commit to a decision. Then you’ll rewrite messaging from vague vendor-speak into buyer language using the evidence you just used to align.
