Reesha Sodha is an Associate Director of Product Marketing + Growth at Spotify. In this role, she oversees the go-to-market strategy for all podcast product launches. She leads an experienced product marketing and growth team who are responsible for successfully launching all new creator products and advocating for the creator community to help shape Spotify's future product development. Reesha joined Spotify in 2023 and brought extensive experience in empowering creators of all sizes to grow their audiences and build sustainable businesses. Her career began in brand management at Procter & Gamble before she transitioned to the product team at Snap Inc. There, she spearheaded the launch of several key Snapchat products, including the new entertainment platform Spotlight and creator revenue sharing on Stories - an industry first. A UK native, Reesha is currently based in Washington D.C., where she resides with her husband, daughter, son, and their greyhound.
