Roundtable discussions: What's your AI archetype?
This session explores AI in product marketing through diverse experiences. We'll separate into small groups based on your perspective on AI – from implementers to critical thinkers. This initial grouping fosters focused discussions, letting you dive deep into challenges and opportunities with peers who share your view. Then, you'll rotate to a new table to gain another group's perspective. Here's the archetypes we'll be using: - The AI Implementer / Early Adopter: These PMMs are actively experimenting with or already using AI tools in their daily work. They've likely seen some early wins and faced initial challenges in integrating AI into their workflows. - The Strategic Integrator / Workflow Optimizer: This archetype focuses on how AI can fundamentally transform and improve PMM processes and overall workflow efficiency, looking beyond individual tools to systemic changes. - The AI Skeptic / Critical Thinker: These PMMs approach AI with a healthy dose of caution. They're keen to discuss the potential downsides, ethical considerations, biases, and the realistic limitations of AI in a PMM context, especially when resources are scarce. - The Data & Insights Amplifier: This group is primarily interested in how AI can enhance their ability to gather, analyze, and act on data for deeper strategic insights, particularly when dedicated data analyst support is limited. - The Future-Focused PMM: These are the forward-thinkers, eager to discuss how AI will reshape the PMM role.
