Scott Ife has over 25 years’ experience in financial services. He’s worked in credit cards, group benefits, banking, wealth and individual insurance. And his career has included roles in product development, operations, customer retention & loyalty, project management, sales & market analytics as well as strategy. He currently leads the Market Intelligence team at Manulife for Individual Insurance overseeing market share, trends and results analytics. Scott is passionate about leadership as a profession and in sharing that with others. He holds a BBA from Laurier and an MBA from Ivey. Scott is a hockey player and mountain biker and has coached his children in different sports.
