Zach
O'Neal
Director, Product Marketing
Luma AI
Zach O'Neal has spent over twelve years turning frontier technology into stories teams can ship behind. He's the founding product marketing leader at Luma AI, where he built the 0-to-1 PMM function and serves as the public voice of a portfolio spanning Luma Agents, the Unified Intelligence architecture (including Uni-1, the reasoning image model), and Ray video models. Before Luma he stood up marketing from scratch at Flawless AI, taking generative AI for film to Disney, Netflix, Sony, and Warner Bros. Earlier, he led product marketing across Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Fox, shipping launches to a combined audience north of 157 million people. He's equally fluent in enterprise and consumer, in the pricing model and the press release, in the roadmap and the room. What ties it together is a belief that great marketing starts with understanding the audience and ends with something you can measure. He's built and led teams across motion, social, lifecycle, and brand, and he's just as comfortable in the work as above it. He hosts this panel the way he runs a launch, with rigor, instinct, and a soft spot for the moment a technical roadmap starts to sound like a story the whole team wants to tell.

Panel | Ctrl+alt+delete: How AI is rebooting the PMM team from the inside out
AI isn’t gradually reshaping PMM teams, it is already rewriting the org chart while most leaders are still planning next year’s structure. This panel brings together leaders who are actively navigating how AI is collapsing old workflows, blurring traditional PMM roles, and forcing a rethink of what a high-performing team actually looks like. The discussion will dig into what is being automated, what is being redefined, and what PMMs need to double down on if they want to stay essential in an AI-driven operating model. Key takeaways: - See how AI is already reshaping PMM roles, workflows, and team design in real time - Understand which parts of PMM are being automated, accelerated, or fundamentally rewritten - Learn how leading teams are restructuring to stay fast, focused, and commercially impactful - Take away practical ways to evolve your PMM function before the org chart evolves without you
