Lina Wölm is an experienced marketing and communications expert with over 18 years of cross-disciplinary experience in strategic communications, brand building and public affairs. She has a strong track record working with dynamic, international tech companies like Shiftmove, Zolar, and Plista. Since November 2023 Lina has been the Director of Brand Communications & Product Marketing at Shiftmove. In this role, she oversees the strategic brand positioning of the Berlin-based SaaS company, formed through the 2023 merger of market leaders Avrios and Vimcar. Lina plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand identity and driving the market positioning of its Fleet-Tech solutions. From 2019 to 2023, Lina was Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Zolar, a green tech start-up in the solar energy sector. There, she led the development of the B2C brand, aimed at creating a carbon-neutral future through renewable energy solutions. By integrating marketing, sales, and product management, she laid the foundation for the start-up’s sustainable growth, significantly enhancing its market presence following several multi-million euro funding rounds.
