Currently serving as the Head of Product Marketing, Global at Back Market, Eugena brings over a decade of experience driving strategic marketing initiatives at the intersection of technology, design, and brand storytelling. Eugena's career has spanned key roles, including Head of Content & Editorial and Lead UX Content Designer at Back Market, where she successfully led global content strategies, helping to position the brand as a leader in the circular economy. Prior to her time at Back Market, she served as UX/UI Director at WordAppeal, a premier content agency, where she worked with top-tier global clients like LVMH, Air France, and Salesforce. With an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design and a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University, Eugena’s work merges creative vision with data-driven insights. She’s passionate about crafting compelling narratives that resonate across industries and markets, pushing boundaries in both design and marketing to foster innovation and growth.
