Staying in the loop without becoming the bottleneck
There are two ways to get this wrong. Review everything, and you become the queue every workflow waits on. Review nothing, and you find out about the bad output from a customer. Most people oscillate between the two without ever deciding where a human actually adds value. Three things you'll walk out with: - A test for which steps genuinely need human judgment and which ones you are just watching out of nerves - Review designs that catch real risk without turning into a rubber stamp - How to keep accountability clear once part of the work is automated Deliberately useful at any level of AI adoption. The thinking applies on day one and still applies when half your workflow runs itself.
