Leveraging vibe coding for genuine roadmap impact
PMM influence on the roadmap usually depends on how well you can argue in a document. A working prototype ends the argument faster than any slide, and building one no longer requires an engineer or a ticket that gets deprioritised twice. For PMMs who have watched a real customer need lose out to something easier to build, and for anyone who has been told to write it up and wait. Three things you'll leave able to do: - Build a rough working prototype of the thing you are advocating for, without engineering time - Use interactive artefacts as evidence in roadmap and pricing conversations - Know where vibe coded work belongs and where it will embarrass you
