Stramit
Saul Block is Head of Strategy, Marketing & Product at Stramit, part of the Fletcher Building Group, where he sits on the Senior Leadership Team. In this role, he oversees enterprise strategy, marketing, product and technical functions - driving direction, investment prioritisation, and the translation of strategy into commercial and operational outcomes. Before joining Stramit, Saul was a senior strategy consultant at Monitor Deloitte, advising executive teams on growth strategy, customer strategy, operating model design, and large-scale business transformation across Retail, Consumer & Industrial Products, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, and Financial Services. Known for turning complex problems into clear, actionable insights, Saul brings deep expertise in strategic planning, business case development, data modelling, and large-scale program delivery. He is recognised for his ability to bridge strategy, product, engineering, and go-to-market execution — and for building the cross-functional alignment needed to deliver results. Saul holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering, First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Monash University.
