Liam is a product marketing leader with over 15 years of experience in various commercial roles, including strategy & transformation, customer experience, L&D, communications, and marketing. He has an MBA from RMIT University and multiple certifications in product marketing, change management, human-centred design, and cultural intelligence. At MYOB, Liam leads the product marketing function for the Accountants and Bookkeepers segment, one of the largest and most strategic segments in the company. This involves identifying market opportunities, competitor analysis, product positioning, and enabling evangelism of our business. Liam applies design thinking, consulting, and marketing skills to align his team's work with business strategy and drive customer growth.
