Messaging that moves: Turning inputs into stories your market actually remembers
Most product marketing teams don’t struggle with information — they struggle with turning scattered inputs into messaging that’s clear, confident, and compelling. In this interactive keynote, Sendra Ben Abdallah explores how high-performing PMMs transform product details, customer insights, and internal context into messaging that actually sticks. Through a mix of sharp frameworks, real-world examples, and live audience interaction, this session brings the craft of messaging to life — in the room, not just on the slides. Attendees will be prompted to pressure-test assumptions, react to real messaging examples, and rethink how they move from features to value to narrative — all guided from the stage, with moments of reflection and participation woven throughout. You’ll learn how to: - Diagnose why messaging falls flat (even when the inputs are “right”) - Translate complex product detail into clear, audience-first narratives - Create alignment across product, marketing, and sales through shared language - Apply a repeatable mental model for building and evaluating messaging This session blends insight with interaction — designed to sharpen how you think about messaging, not just how you write it.
