Rabiah Damji is a consumer product marketing leader at Instagram, where she’s been a founding marketer for both Reels and Threads. She currently leads consumer PMM for Threads, shaping growth strategy and community adoption.
Prior to Meta, Rabiah spent several years at Twitter, driving product marketing across Emerging Markets, Web, and Video, and helping launch Twitter Lite to make the platform more accessible to millions of people worldwide.
A UC Berkeley graduate, she’s passionate about the intersection of marketing and accessibility, and advocates for mentorship, women, and Black and brown voices in tech. Across big bets and fast, iterative shipping, Rabiah builds culturally relevant narratives that connect products to people—at global scale.
