Troupe
Austin Webb is the CEO and Co-founder of Troupe, an AI-powered platform helping product marketing teams measure and optimize the impact of their messaging across the go-to-market lifecycle. His work focuses on transforming product marketing from a “dark art” into a measurable, data-driven discipline by applying advanced NLP and generative AI to quantify how messaging influences pipeline, engagement, and revenue outcomes. Austin brings a diverse entrepreneurial background spanning AI, SaaS, IoT, and cleantech. Prior to founding Troupe, he co-founded multiple ventures including Nudais, an AI market research platform, and Fifth Season, a venture-backed company that combined robotics, software, and controlled-environment agriculture technology. Earlier in his career, Austin held roles in finance and investment banking, including positions at Lockheed Martin and FBR (now B. Riley). He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, where he focused on entrepreneurship, strategy, and business technologies. Today, Austin speaks and writes about the evolving role of product marketing, the importance of tying messaging to measurable business outcomes, and how AI can help GTM teams align around a more scientific approach to storytelling and revenue growth.
