At Visa and prior to that at Experian, he has led teams and initiatives with a focus on product propositions, product strategy and product go-to-market. As part of his remit, he has been collaborating very closely with B2B Marketing teams, design agencies and market research companies to translate customer and buyer persona needs into the right messaging frameworks, sales collateral and product propositions.
