Draft day: Building the ultimate PMM team
If you could build the perfect product marketing team from scratch, who would you hire first? A panel of PMM leaders will go head-to-head in a live draft, selecting the roles they believe are essential to building a high-performing product marketing organization. Using a live draft board, each speaker will take turns choosing their picks - from competitive intelligence and launch experts to developer PMMs and category creators. But every choice comes with a trade-off. Once a role is taken, it’s off the board. As the teams take shape, speakers will explain the thinking behind their picks, debate what actually drives impact in modern PMM teams, and reveal how they structure their organizations in the real world. By the end, you’ll see how different leaders prioritize PMM roles, and walk away with ideas for how your own PMM team could be structured for growth.
