In this session unique discussions are happening concurrently. Every table will be hosted by an industry expert so come prepared to discuss, learn, network, and share. 1) The loyalty flywheel: Moving retention beyond performance marketing and ad spend. - From cost centre to growth engine: building a self-reinforcing loyalty flywheel that reduces dependence on paid media and rising CAC. - Beyond the discount: creating emotional switching costs, not just transactional ones, so retention compounds. - Proving it internally: the metrics and narratives that shift leadership investment from acquisition to loyalty. Kaíssa Ferreira Nascimento, Principal PMM at Zalando 2. Where attendees are actually using AI and agents vs. where it's still aspirational. - Which marketing tasks would you let AI run unchecked, and which never — what's the real difference? - Who signs off when AI gets more autonomy, and how is that reviewed as scope grows? - What's the first role that shifts from doing the work to managing the machine's output? Johannes Schneider, Senior PMM at n8n 3. The PMM brain on AI: Safeguarding focus, productivity & well-being in the new world of work - PMM under pressure: how have the conditions of your work changed since AI? - What do we know from neuroscience & psychology about how our brains work: focus/creativity/types of thinking? - What habits & guardrails safeguard your focus, productivity and wellbeing in the age of AI?
