Dan Stelzer is a Staff Product Marketing Manager at Docker, an open platform for developers to build, ship, and run applications. He focuses on the intersection of developer productivity, AI adoption, and governance, helping organizations understand how to adopt emerging technologies responsibly and at scale. Dan’s work in AI began in 2015 with IBM Watson, and he later deepened his expertise through specialized coursework during his master’s program at Bucerius Law School. Based in Berlin since 2019, he brings a cross-disciplinary perspective on AI, technology, and regulation. Outside of work, Dan can often be found running along the Spree near the Bundestag.
