Roger
Marszalek
Director of Product Marketing and Market Strategy

Roger Marszalek is an aviation geek who specializes in Market Analysis and Product Marketing. His team’s mission is to understand the market, our customers, and competition; enable sales teams with data, marketing collateral, and insights; and maximize perceived value. He is Polish by heritage. He is Canadian by birth. He is a resident of Texas. He works for a French-Canadian technology company called CAE, which is best known for pilot training. He was educated at a fine Canadian institution called Ryerson University, based in Toronto. He made his parents proud by graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. He spent eight years at Bombardier Aerospace in Toronto, where he held roles progressively in Business Planning and Airline Marketing. He then continued embracing his passion for Marketing at Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation for three years in Dallas. His professional interests include commercial aviation market dynamics, go-to-market strategy, and experience management. He is an avid volleyball player having been captain of his University team. He is happily married with two kids. He is (and always will be) a big fan of the Toronto Raptors basketball team.
