Excelling in market and customer research, brand strategy, product marketing, go-to-market strategies and campaign management, Phoenix’s strategic expertise has helped her build, coach, and lead successful lifecycle marketing teams that include content marketing, demand generation, channel marketing, product marketing, and brand and creative teams. With a doctorate from the University of Florida, her dissertation focused on reducing bias in persona development, Phoenix firmly believes that well constructed personas have the power to not only ensure product-market fit, but also help mitigate bias in product development.
