Tatiana is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Intercom, a B2B SaaS company whose core product is AI-enabled customer support. She oversees the product-led growth strategy throughout the entire customer lifecycle journey, focusing on positioning, messaging and sales enablement. Previously, she managed the global product marketing function at Deliveroo, on the B2B side in 9 markets. Tatiana also has experience working in the higher education space at Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), where she started her career in PMM on the B2C side. She is passionate about digital marketing and has experience in website management, demand generation, email marketing and events marketing. Tatiana studied at Westminster University and has been an active member of Girls in Tech.
