Vivian is the Senior AI Product Marketing Manager at Cornerstone OnDemand, where she leads the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market and product launch strategy for the company’s GenAI and Agentic AI portfolio. Previously, she held senior marketing roles at T-Mobile, where she led the Accenture team in developing and implementing AI/ML-powered customer insights and led digital transformation initiatives that accelerated T-Mobile.com’s e-commerce growth. She holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
