Interactive workshop: Fix this product — live
Step into a high-energy, interactive workshop where you become the product advisory board.
You’ll be presented with a realistic product crisis scenario including conflicting metrics, stakeholder tension, roadmap sprawl, and stalled growth. Then, working in small groups, you’ll:
1️⃣ Diagnose the problem
Review the product data pack (KPIs, roadmap snapshot, customer signals, internal pressures) and identify what’s really going wrong.
2️⃣ Prioritise what matters
Cut through the noise to define the core issue, decide what to stop, and align on the most critical turnaround lever.
3️⃣ Build a rescue plan
Create a focused 90-day action plan covering metrics, roadmap changes, stakeholder communication, and experimentation.
After group work, selected teams will present their approach. The session leader will:
- Pressure-test assumptions live
- Highlight blind spots and trade-offs
- Compare different strategic directions
- Introduce a practical “Product Rescue Framework” you can apply to real situations back at work
This isn’t a keynote. It’s structured, hands-on problem solving designed to sharpen your diagnostic thinking under pressure.
