PMM x Dragons’ Den | Convince the room: Defending your big idea live
In Dragons’ Den, bold founders step into the room knowing their idea will be challenged, dissected, and pressure-tested. PMMs face the same reality every time they pitch a launch plan, pricing change, messaging overhaul, or new enablement initiative to leadership. So, we're bringing the Den to PMM... Attendees will pitch real PMM initiatives to a panel of “Dragons” who will challenge assumptions, question clarity, probe ownership, and push hard on commercial impact, just like your CFO, CRO, or VP of Sales would. Because in the real world, great ideas don’t fail quietly. They fail in stakeholder meetings when the narrative isn’t sharp, the metrics aren’t clear, or the commercial case doesn’t land. This session helps you build the confidence and clarity to defend your strategy under pressure. How it works: - The pitch: Volunteers present a PMM initiative or recommendation - The challenge: The Dragons question the commercial logic, metrics, and strategic framing - The coaching: Live feedback on how to strengthen the case and handle objections - The retry: Pitchers refine their message and go again, stronger and clearer
