Safak Erkol is a senior marketing leader with extensive experience across product marketing, customer strategy, lifecycle growth, and go-to-market execution in financial services, fintech, and technology. She has worked with global brands including American Express, Barclays, and ING, as well as high-growth scaleups such as Utility Warehouse and NewDay. At Utility Warehouse, Safak built and scaled the product marketing function from the ground up before leading its evolution into a customer marketing team focused on lifecycle engagement and customer lifetime value. She has shaped go-to-market strategies, developed segmentation frameworks, and designed multi-channel programs that drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth across the UK, EMEA, and global markets. Passionate about turning customer insights into scalable growth, Safak brings a collaborative, growth-minded approach to every role.
