Georgia Diaconescu (She/Her) is a multidisciplinary marketing leader with over a decade of experience spanning B2C and B2B2C brands. Currently Marketing Lead at Canva (Flourish), she drives global marketing strategy across product launches, content, events, partnerships, and brand development in the data storytelling space. Prior to Canva, Georgia held senior roles at Meta, what3words, Monese, and Beamly, where she led product marketing initiatives that shaped go-to-market strategies, fueled growth, and enhanced customer engagement. Her work blends creativity with experimentation, and she’s passionate about developing meaningful value propositions that move the needle on business goals. A Webby Award winner and Venture Scout, Georgia also co-leads the Canva Women Collective in EMEA and is a frequent speaker on product marketing’s role in finding product-market fit.
