As the founder of Down to a T GTM Consulting, Talya partners with B2B marketing leaders to create compelling narratives that help companies stand out in crowded markets. Prior to founding her consultancy, she worked as a 2x director of Product Marketing at growth stage startups, building and scaling the function from scratch. With a background in Product (and prior to that, as a PMO), she always held cross functional roles, aligning product development with go-to-market success. These days she’s helping companies understand their market position, and develop strategies to improve their sales performance.
