For 25 years, Rachel Macik has built a career at the intersection of marketing and technological transformation. She began as a multimedia designer during the Dot-Com boom, advanced into ABM leadership as the Information Age reshaped digital engagement, and engineered demand strategies as mobile redefined customer behavior. She then moved into customer retention marketing as enterprises shifted to cloud—and later led product marketing for video conferencing and devices through COVID’s disruption and the global return-to-office reset. Today, Rachel leads Product Marketing and Go-to-Market for FIS’s $7B Banking Solutions portfolio. Her career success is rooted in a simple philosophy: stay on the front lines of every technological tipping point, and deeply understand the needs stated and unstated of both internal and external customers. Outside of work, Rachel channels that same instinct for uncovering hidden value into her Houston-based antique shop, Long Story Treasure, where she researches and restores vintage pieces for the interior design community.
